Mission Gravity

Mission Gravity! combines classic scientific modeling with immersive virtual reality. In this incursion, students will collaborate in teams to create a model of stellar evolution by collecting and analysing data from a virtual trip to nearby stars. Students will use the laws of physics and the freedom of virtual reality to learn about how stars change over time and the tools scientists can use to study stars.

Grok learning competitions

The new curriculum requires all students from Years 3-8 to learn coding. In order to be effective, students must adapt to a new way of thinking. Grok's resources will guide your students to develop practical computational thinking skills. If you're not too confident with coding yourself, they have solutions and step by step walk-throughs for each problem and a variety of professional development opportunities available. All their content is free for teachers (and pre-service teachers!) to evaluate, use for professional development, or to follow along with students.
